I’ve recieved my Tracker, how do i get started?

Download the app to create your profile and plug in the Tracker in a power socket next to your bedside table. Once connected, you’ll hear a sound from the Tracker with sky blue lights. Pro tip: Have your home Wi-Fi password to hand as your Tracker will connect to your home Wi-Fi network the first time you set it up.

How do i connect the Tracker to the Wi-Fi network?

Your app will walk you through the process but here’s some more info:

  1. Press and hold the power button at the back of the Tracker for 10 seconds - the Tracker will restart and you will see sky blue lights fading in and out.
  2. Go in to your Mobile Settings and Connect to the Circadia Wi-Fi and then go back to the Circadia App to continue
  3. When everything is set up don’t forget to press START on the little floating power button on the bottom right of the Track screen and STOP in the morning.

My Tracker shows a slow pulsating yellow light

When your Tracker cannot connect to Wi-Fi, a slow pulsating yellow light will show. If this happens, you will not be able to start tracking. Make sure that you have a strong and reliable Wi-Fi signal in your bedroom.

My Track App tells me that my sleep session was invalid

If your Tracker loses connection to Wi-Fi for more than an hour, it will start dropping data. When this happens, your sleep session is incomplete and cannot be analysed. Make sure to have a strong and reliable Wi-Fi signal in your bedroom and try again the next night!

My Tracker keeps lighting up in blue

If your Tracker keeps pulsating in blue light, it means that it is in configuration mode. If you had already set up your Tracker previously, you can simply leave configuration mode by pressing the button on the back of the Tracker once.

My Tracker shows red lights when downloading the new firmware

When you set your Tracker up for the first time, it may automatically download the latest firmware version. If your Wi-Fi is unstable, the download may fail and your Tracker may show red lights. Don’t worry, your tracker will automatically try again until the firmware has been downloaded. If it continues to happen, please follow the instructions below:

I've tried everything but my Tracker doesn't setup

If you are unable to set up the tracker or your tracker continues to show red lights, try the following:

  1. Disconnect the Tracker from the power socket
  2. Without the Tracker plugged in, press and hold the button on the back of the device
  3. With the button pressed, connect the Tracker to power
  4. Release the button once the Tracker makes a sound and blue lights show
  5. The device will now reset to Factory mode and you can jump straight in to the Wi-Fi set-up process

My Tracker starts showing pulsating blue lights even after I configured the Wi-Fi password

If the Tracker automatically enters the configuration mode after you have already entered the Wi-Fi credentials it means that the Tracker couldn't successfully connect to the network. This is mostly caused by a typo when entering the password. Please remove the device from your app and repeat the configuration process, making sure to enter the correct password.
